傩戏，是中国古老的一种祭祀性戏曲形式，起源于远古时期的傩祭（驱鬼逐疫的宗教仪式），被誉为中国戏剧的“活化石”。它融合了歌舞、面具、念白与武术，表演者佩戴色彩神秘、造型夸张的傩面具，以粗犷刚劲的舞姿和独特的唱腔，表达对神灵的敬畏与对吉祥平安的祈愿。傩戏广泛流传于贵州、湖南、安徽、江西等地，其中贵州德江傩堂戏、安徽池州傩戏、湖南沅陵辰州傩戏等已列入国家级非物质文化遗产。如今，傩戏不仅是民俗研究的宝贵样本，也以其原始神秘的视觉张力，成为当代艺术创作的重要灵感源泉。
